"Zolle" is a sustainable home delivery service of bio-food and vegetables with a low carbon footprint. It was born out of an idea of two young women. The Rome-based initiative created a virtuous circle that brings benefits for everyone: for the territory, for small farms, for the consumer. Most importantly, it's an interesting case of entrepreneurial innovation.
